 • 2 tsp sesame seeds
 • 1 tbsp soy sauce
 • 1 tbsp sesame oil
 • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
 • 2 tsp mirin
 • 10g ginger

 Even if you’re not used to eating seaweed, don’t worry—this is super simple and doesn’t require any cooking.

5min · 1 serving     Ingredients  • 2 mini cucumbers  • A small handful of dried wakame seaweed  • roasted sesame seeds  • 1 tbsp of sugar  • 3 tbsp of rice vinegar   Instructions  • Rehydrate your wakame with hot water.  • Drain your wakame and squeeze any excess water out.   • Peel your cucumber ribbons and set aside.  • Add your wakame and cucumber into a small dish.  • Mix your sugar and vinegar together until the sugar is dissolved.  • Add your vinegar mixture to the seaweed and cucumbers.  • Top with sesame seeds and mix well.  • Enjoy!
