The easiest homemade vegan artisan bread!
 

INGREDIENTS

Dough:
 • 2 ¾ cup all-purpose flour
 • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
 • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
 • ½ teaspoon salt
 • 6 tablespoon coconut oil melted
 • 1 cup almond milk warmed

Filling:
 • 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted (plus more for greasing pan)
 • ⅓ cup brown sugar
 • 1 ½ tablespoon cinnamon
 • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

Glaze:
 • 1 cup powdered sugar
 • 2 tablespoons almond milk

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the dough:
 • In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Whisk together the melted coconut oil and warmed almond milk and pour over the flour mixture. Stir until the dough comes together and all the flour is incorporated.
 • Knead for 3-5 minutes on a lightly floured surface until the dough is smooth and stretchy.

 • -2 cup vegetable oil
 • -15-20 garlic cloves
 • -6 to 8 mild/medium spiced chillies
 • -3 or 4 tbsp vegan butter
 • -handful of fresh parsley
 • -pinch of salt + pepper

👇🏾method👇🏾
 • -simmer the chillies and garlic in the oil on the lowest heat for 30mins-1hr or until they are slightly golden.
 • -remove the garlic and chillies from the oil (save the oil for dressings etc) and then mash it into a paste before mixing with vegan butter, fresh chopped parsley, nutritional yeast and salt n pepper.
 • -spread onto some ciabatta bread and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes @ 180°

RECIPE:
 • -2 1/2 cups (310g) flour
 • -1/2 Tsp baking powder
 • -a pinch of salt 
 • Mix
 • -200ml lukewarm plant milk
 • -1 Tbsp instant yeast
 • -2 Tbsp sugar 
 • -2 Tbsp oil
 • Whisk together and add to the dry mix.
 • Knead for about 5mins (add more flour if needed).
 • Cover and let it rest for 1h.
 • Roll it out on a floured working surface and spread on it as much vegan butter and cinnamon-sugar as you want (or use a chocolate spread).
 • Roll it up and cut in 8 rolls. 
 • Heat up some vegan butter or oil in a pan.
 • Place in there the rolls and reduce the heat to low.
 • Put on a lid and cook the rolls for 40-50mins (you’ll see when the dough is cooked).
 • Flip on a plate and enjoy!
