Instructions:  • Step 1. Attach the cord to the dowel using a loose Lark’s head knot. Make sure not to pull it tight.  • Step 2. Keeping the middle section of cord hanging down in a U-shape, take the loose cord on the right and thread it up over the U-shape and back around twice.  • Step 3. Now do the same with the loose cord on the left. Thread it up over the U-shape and back around twice.  • Step 4. Depending on your desired look, either leave the knot as-is, or pull the two loose cords while gently pushing the knot upwards to tighten.
