Ingredients   • 400g tofu, pat dried  • -1/2 Cup (125ml) plant milk  • -1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar   • 1 tbsp sriracha  • -314 (90g) cup starch  • -2 Tsp each paprika, salt, garlic powder  • -pepper to taste  • -1 cup Panko seasoned  • Seasoning:  • -1 Tsp each paprika, cumin, salt  Instructions   • Tear tofu into chunks   • Mix the apple cider vinegar, sriracha, and milk and marinate the tofu in it for 30 minutes.  • Combine your corn starch, paprika, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.   • Toss your marinated tofu in the corn starch mixture and then toss into panko breadcrumbs.  • Fry until golden brown or bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.   • Toss with paprika cumin and salt and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce such as sweet and sour or sriracha. Ingredients: 1 block of tofu (300g) 3 tbsp plain flour Paprika Pepper Salt Panko breadcrumbs Olive oil Procedure: Remove all excess water from tofu. Cut your tofu into slices and tap with some paper to remove water. Make batter by mixing flour, paprika, salt & pepper. Add any spices you like. Slowly add water until you reach the consistency that you can see in the video. In another bowl add some panko breadcrumbs, salt and spices. Coat the tofu with the batter and then the breaks crumbs. Heat a large pan with a generous amount of olive oil. Once hot, add the tofu and let it fry until crispy. Flip and cook until golden.

Ingredients:  1 block (16 oz) super or extra firm tofu 2 tbsp tamari Juice + zest of ½ lemon ⅓ cup cornstarch (or all-purpose flour) ½ cup soy or almond milk 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves 6 sage leaves 1 sprig rosemary (2-inch) ½ cup panko breadcrumbs ¼ cup nutritional yeast 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp paprika ½ tsp kosher salt (+ more to taste) Avocado oil (for brushing/spraying) Gravy for serving (optional)  Cut tofu into slabs, marinate in tamari + lemon juice (10 min). Prep 3 bowls: cornstarch milk + vinegar + pinch of salt (sit 2 min) breadcrumbs + chopped herbs + spices Coat tofu: starch → milk → crumbs. Place on oiled baking tray, spray tops with oil.  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
 • 250g firm tofu
 • 1/3 cup plain flour
 • 2 tsp salt
 • 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
 • 1 tsp garlic powder
 • 1 tsp onion powder
 • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
 • 1/2 tsp dried basil
 • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
 • 1 cup panko
 • oil spray

To Serve :
 • fresh parsley, chopped
 • dairy-free parmesan
