Apple & custard Baked oats

Ingredients
 • 40g oats*
 • 20g vanilla or salted caramel protein
 • 1tbs baking powder
 • 40g banana
 • 100ml almond milk
 • Sweet drops or 1tbs maple syrup

Filling / toppings
 • 1-2tbs thick custard
 • 10g biscoff spread
 • 30-50g sliced apple
 • Cinnamon & granulated sweetener

Method:
 • Preheat the oven to 180°c

Blitz ingredients together until smooth. adjust milk to get a medium thick consistency.

Pour batter in an oven proof dish, reserving 2tbs of batter

Place biscoff spread & optionally 1 tbs custard in the middle cover filling with the reserved batter & top with sliced apple a sprinkle of cinnamon / granulated sweetener choice .

Baked for 20-25mins.

once baked add an ex tbs of custard to the top and enjoy.

For all those vegetarians here is your recipe for Eggless Bread Pudding!
 • Ingredients:

6 Bread Slice

4 tbsp Custard Powder

¼ cup Sugar

½ cup Powdered Sugar

¼ cup Water

¼ cup Milk
 • Method:

Take 6 bread slices & cut the edges of each bread slice. Grint it to crumbs.

In a pan add ¼ cup of sugar & ¼ cup of water. Heat it till you get thick brown sugar syrup. Pour the sugar syrup in the pudding tray & cool it down.

In a bowl add 4 tbsp custard powder & ¼ cup milk. Mix it well.

Add this into 2 cups of boiling milk. Now add bread crumbs into it & ½ cup of powdered sugar. Mix it well. Pour the mixture into a pudding tray & cover it with foil paper. 

In a pan add some water, keep cooking stand into it & then keep pudding tray in it.

Cook for 30-35 minutes. Cool
