☁️ Rest Day

Early in the morning I get dressed to be ready for the day (yes, I’m always wearing gym clothes, I have so many!) I drink water and eat my breakfast first thing but I left that out for a “what I eat in a day” video. Then I go out and get some vitamin D + get in some steps. I like to make sure I drink 3-4 cups of water each morning and caffeine later on once my stomach has had nutritious food and hydration first. 

Vitamins I’m currently taking (always check with your doctor):
 • Turmeric
 • D3 + K2
 • B12
 • Digestive Enzymes

I plan my day and check emails, this is also when I film workout or lifestyle videos like this one ☺️ Later on in the morning I’ll do so
