Gold Chocolate Ball Dessert - a showstopper dessert that melts away beautifully! I used a simple crumble base, topped with chocolate mousse (which is so light and airy) then attempted a rocher! I used a child’s clay pottery wheel to paint a spiral of choc sauce on the plate and then crossed my fingers that it would melt! Check out my other (more sensible!) recipes over at mattadlard.com
