The differences between these two deadlift variations are very minimal so it’s understandable why they get confused!   First things first, make sure to SAVE this post ✅  🐹 SLD - lower the weight whilst keeping your legs as straight as possible but do not lock out your knees, there should be a slight natural bend. Continue to lower the weight down as far as you can whilst keeping your spine neutral (how far you come depends on your flexibility.)
