Try these SINGLE LEG DEADIFT Tips ⬇️

1️⃣ Close your hips. Keep your pelvis neutral. When you’re at the bottom of the move your hips should be facing the ground not the wall. *MAJOR KEY

2️⃣ Hold weight in opposite hand. Standing on your right leg holding weight with your left hand. This helps with tip #1.

3️⃣ Keep a soft bend in your knees to bias the glutes over your hamstrings.
