 • ❌ going too fast

Do this instead :
 • ✅ tuck in your pelvis
 • ✅ have your feet close to your body- ⁣ this will engage more booty which is what we want
 • ✅ push through your heels
 • ✅ tuck in your chin
 • ✅ squeeze your glutes at the top
 • ✅ perform slow & controlled reps
