That’s why mapping and mobilizing your tailbone is so powerful—it gives you awareness, access, and the ability to release tension where it matters most.

Lean to one side, find your tailbone, and gently rub it.

✅This simple touch “maps” the area in your brain. Most of us are disconnected from our tailbone, anus, and pelvic floor. We cannot expect change unless we can first map there.

Many people live with a constant, unconscious grip here. That holding can tug on the tailbone, restrict the diaphragm, and create tension that radiates up into the low back and hips.
