This is the exact modified Murph workout I do every year as a mom of 2 toddlers. It makes me feel powerful, strong, and confident .   My version: 1 mile run  300 weighted squats  200 rows (100/side)  100 push-ups  1 mile run  It’s all for time and I like to see if I can improve it each year. Today I broke the weighted section up into 10 rounds and hit 39 minutes total for this whole workout 👏🏼
