*Homemade Caramel Sauce Recipe*  Ingredients:  - 1 cup granulated sugar - 1/4 cup water - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter - 1/2 cup heavy cream - Pinch of salt  Instructions:  1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan and place over low heat. 2. Allow mixture to caramelize without stirring, until edges start to turn golden brown. 3. Gently tilt and rotate pan to ensure even caramelization. 4. Once caramelized, add butter and whisk until smooth. 5.Switch off the flame and slowly pour in cream, whisking constantly. 6. Add a pinch of salt to taste.

🔸Recipe🔸
 • ✨200 gms - castor sugar
 • ✨80 grms - unsalted butter (room temp)
 • ✨120 ml - whipping cream (room temp)
 • ✨2 tbsp water
 • ✨1/4 tsp Salt

🔸Method🔸
 • Take Sugar and water in a thick bottom pan and start heating it. Keep mixing in between. Let it come to boil. You will see the water dries out leaving the sugar behind. Now is the time to keep stirring as the sugar will start caramelising. Once the sugar is dissolved and you get a golden brown colour, add in the butter and mix well. Now pour in the whipping cream and mix again. Once mixed let it boil for half a minute.
 • Remove from heat and add in the salt. Mix and let it come to the room temperature before transferring it in an airtight container.
