Confused about the difference between SLD (Stiff-Leg Deadlift) and RDL (Romanian Deadlift) ? Both are excellent for targeting the posterior chain, but they focus on different muscle groups.  RDL : Hips move back with a slight knee bend. Weight lowers just past the knees. Targets glutes with maximum hip tension.  SLD : Legs stay straight (natural bend in knees).
