The name of the game is hip mobility — but why should you care about your hip mobility? 🤷🏼‍♀️
 • Well the hips should be mobile to allow the knees and lower back to remain stable — if you lack hip mobility, those structures over and under your hip (knees & back) have to pull double time. Ouch. Not our favorite scenario. 🥴
 • These are some of my fav exercises, aim for 15-20 reps/side and keep it slow and controlled 🙌🏽
