This simple tip was a gamechanger for me when I was learning how to do push ups.  A push up is simply a plank...that's moving.  When our knees are bent and weight is in our toes, the push up requires much more upper body strength  But when our knees are locked out, glutes are squeezed, and weight is in our toes,  Our bodies are rigid...making push ups easier👌  🔥Bonus tip:  As you learn to keep your body as rigid as possible, practice one push up at a time; this means...do one push up, then rest.
