 • 3/4 cup rolled oats
 • 1 egg
 • 1 egg white
 • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
 • 1 scoop protein powder
 • 1/2 tsp baking powder
 • 1/2 tsp vanilla
 • 1 tsp date syrup

Instructions:
 • Blend ingredients together until smooth and fire up the waffle maker!
 • Enjoy!

6-ingredient Healthy Waffles😍 These contain over 30 grams of protein per serving and no protein powder! • Ingredients for two servings (this recipe makes 8 waffles, so one serving is 4 waffles): 1 cup high protein cottage cheese (200g) 4 eggs 1/2 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup/honey 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup (gluten-free) oats (2.4 dl) 2 teaspoons baking powder • 1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth 2. Spoon the batter into a preheated greased waffle iron. Cook the waffles until golden (about 3 minutes per waffle)! 3. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge 4. Reheat in the morning in the toaster, for about one minute. Serve with berries, for example! •

Save this high protein waffle recipe for when you’re in the mood!😋  Ingredients 1 cup rolled oats (I use sprouted) 1 cup cottage cheese 1 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla  1/2 tsp cinnamon  3 eggs, separated  Directions: 1. Separate the eggs.   2. Beat the egg whites until fluffy.  3. Add all the other ingredients including egg yolks into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.   4. Fold the egg whites into the batter. Do not stir!   5 Pour into a hot greased waffle iron.   6. Enjoy with your favorite toppings! I recommend fruit and a little honey or jam.   7.
