tofu scramble @littleblondevegan 🌱 I’m often asked “do you like tofu?!” or “how do you make tofu taste good?” my tofu scramble is a great recipe for people who are new to trying tofu and want a protein packed breakfast (or lunch) option. I served this scramble at my work’s potluck and had people who were skeptical about tofu ask me for this recipe after trying it.
