Peanut Butter Chocolate Discs 🥜 🍌 🍫  1 ripe banana, mashed 1 c. creamy peanut butter 1/8 c. honey 1/3 c. peanuts 1/2 c. whole milk Greek yogurt,plain 10 oz dark chocolate, melted Flaky Celtic sea salt, optional  1.  In a medium bowl, mix together mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, peanuts, and plain yogurt until fully combined. 2. Spoon mix onto a parchment lined baking sheet (makes 8-10) and then flatten into a disc shape. 3. Put in freezer for about an hour until fully hardened. 4. Remove from freezer and completely coat in melted chocolate.  Place back onto parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.  Return to freezer for a few minutes until hard and enjoy!

Reese's Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bark 🥜🍫🍨
2/3 cup natural runny peanut butter 2 tosp maple syrup 1/3 cup almond flour 2/3 cup chocolate chips 2 tsp coconut oil In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, syrup and almond flour. Continue to fold together until a thick dough forms. Scoop a large tablespoon and form into egg shapes using your hands(should get 6 large or 8 medium sized eggs). Place on a dish lined with parchment paper and transfer to the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Dip the eggs in the chocolate to fully coat, shake off excess and place on the parchment paper. Top with sea salt if desired and transfer to the fridge for about 10 minutes until chocolate is set.

Place greased muffin cups in a muffin tin. 2. Put a layer of peanut butter in the bottom of each cup. You can warm up the peanut butter first to make things easier. 3. Then top with your mashed strawberries & melted chocolate. 4. Freeze for an hour and enjoy!  Pro tip: You can freeze for 30 minutes between each step so it has a more layered aesthetic. Ingredients:
 • 6 rice cakes
 • 1/2 cup @skippybrand honey creamy peanut butter
 • 1/2 cup maple syrup
 • 1 dark chocolate bar + 1/2 tsp of coconut oil
 • Peanut butter to drizzle

Method:

1. In a medium mixing bowl, crush the rice cakes into small pieces.

2. Add in the creamy peanut butter and maple syrup, combine all three ingredients.

3. Lightly grease/ line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.

4. Add the rice cake mixture onto the baking dish and firmly press down the mixture using lightly wet hands or a spatula.

*Note: make sure to tightly pack the mixture onto the baking dish.

5. Melt the dark chocolate bar and coconut oil in the microwave using 20 second intervals.

6. Pour the melted chocolate evenly over the rice cake mixture.

7. Freeze for 1 hour.

Peanut Butter Banana Frozen Yogurt Cups
You’ll need:
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (15 oz can)
3/4 cup organic creamy peanut butter (almond, cashew, or sunflower seed butter)
1/3 cup pure maple syrup 1/4 cup oat flour
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
optional topping: flaky salt 
1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients (minus the chocolate chips) until smooth.
2. Stir in chocolate chips.
3. Roll the mixture into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. It helps to use meal prep gloves for this or to wet your hands as the batter will be sticky.
4. Flatten the cookies into a round cookie shape.
5. Bake at 350F for 12-14 minutes.
6. Let cool and enjoy! ❤️

 • 200 grams chocolate, I used milk chocolate 
 • 1 1/2 cups natural peanut butter
 • Flour of choice: oat flour, almond flour, something gf and light
 • A pinch of salt

Instructions 

1. Line a loaf tin with parchment paper. Melt half of the chocolate over a bain marie or in a microwave, mixing every 15 seconds, and pour it in the loaf tin. Allow it to set for 5 to 10 minutes in the freezer. I sprinkles some cocoa nibs on top. 

2. In the meantime, combine the peanut butter and enough flour to get the peanut butter to a thicker, cookie dough texture. Add 1/4 cup at a time and stop whenever the mixture looks like cookie dough.

✨🍓Peanut Butter & Jelly Cups🍓✨

✨Ingredients
 • 1 cup natural peanut butter 
 • 1/2 cup coconut flour
 • 1/4 cup coconut oil
 • 2 tbsp maple syrup
 • dash of salt
 • raspberry jam (or other jam of choice) 

✨Directions
 • Measure out the coconut oil and melt it in the microwave before adding it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. 
 • In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt. Mix them well. 
 • Grab a muffin pan and line it with muffin liners. 
 • Use half of the peanut butter mixture to add about 1 tbsp of the peanut butter mixture into each muffin cup. I made about 10 cups.
