EQ Bar Workout

Hop Overs:
 • Hold one EQ bar parallel with your chest while explosively jumping to launch body from one side of back EQ bar set perpendicular to the other. If this seems too high, move EQ bars on their side to do the same movement.

Commando Grip Pull-Up-And-Over: 
 • Hand under one EQ bar with grip coming together fist to fist. Pull up with arms and then rotate while moving to a bent standing position over the top of the bar.

 Incline Pull Ups: 
 • Grip parallel bars with body at an angle to perform push up. Keep elbows tucked into sides.

Chin Up Hold Kicks:
 • Hang under a EQ bar with a chin up grip and raise legs to l-sit. Then move them together over top of bar, then under bar again.
