Here’s how I made this stunning loaf! 😍🥖

I started with ripe active starter and my beginner sourdough recipe (video linked in profile) - but I swapped 50g of bread flour with 50g whole wheat flour for extra depth of flavor and structure! I also added 25g of water to make up for the absorption from the flour.

I bulk fermented on the counter for about eight hours at around 75°F, shaped, and cold proofed for 24 hours.
