Ingredients:  • - 150g flour  • - 150g almond powder  • - 150g praline  • - 80g brown sugar  • - 150g butter  • - 8 apples  • - 2 tbsp brown sugar  • - 1 tsp cinnamon  • - 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)  Steps:   • - Preheat the oven to 200°C For the crumble dough:  • - Mix: flour + powdered almonds + praline + sugar  • - Add the butter in cubes and sand with your hands For the apples:  • - Wash, peel and dice the apples* - Place them in an ovenproof dish  • - Add the 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice  • - Cover with the crumble batter - Bake for 30min at 200°C  • For even more deliciousness: you can caramelize the apples in a pan with the sugar, cinnamon and a little butter for 5 minutes before placing them in the dish.
