Monsoon Special Sweet Corn Fritters

1 cup boiled corn
 • 1/2 cup boiled potatoes
 • 1/2 cup onion
 • 1/2 cup grated carrots
 • 1/4 cup coriander leaves
 • 2 tbsp. Gram flour ( Besan)
 • Salt to taste
 • 1/2 TSP. Crushed black pepper
 • 1 chopped green chilli
 • 2 tbsp. Oil to shallow fry

Mix everything and make flat tikkis. Shallow fry or deep fry

Ingredients:  1 Cup soaked Chana Dal  • 1 full onion chopped  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds/jeera  • 4-5 cloves of Garlic  • Small piece of ginger  • Salt as per taste  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda  • 2 tbsp chopped curry leaves  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves  • Oil to fry  How to prepare:  1. Wash 1 cup of chana dal and soak them in water for 2 hours  • 2. Drain the water and keep it aside  • 3. Add green chili, garlic, ginger, cumin seeds, and salt to a mixer jar and grind it slightly to get a coarse paste, not so smooth texture  • 4. Then take soaked chana and grind it partially several times to make it a coarse mixture (do not make a fine paste)  • 5. Mix everything well with baking soda using a spoon or hand, and check the salt before proceeding  • 6. Take a small quantity of mixture in a hand

For Slurry ( 2 to 3 tbsp Maida + 1/4 Cup water ) 9. Bread Crumbs for Coating   Method : 1. In a bowl add boiled potatoes, grated paneer, corn flour, oregano, chilli flakes, salt to taste. Mix Everything well & make  dough. 2. Take a small amount and shape it into a donut as shown in the video. 3. Dip this donut in slurry and then coat with bread crumbs. 4. Fry these in oil or air fry these for 15 to 20 minutes.  5. Enjoy with your favourite sauce or chutney.

DESI SMASHED POTATOES Giving this viral recipe my twist and turns. As weekend approaches, this is a quick snack that you can prepare in no time. And you don’t need an oven too.
 • - First boil few baby potatoes in pressure cooker with some salt for 2-3 whistles
 • - Now prepare dry masala
 • -In a pan, dry roast -
 • 1 tbs whole coriander
 • 1 tsp dry fenugreek seeds
 • 1 tsp fennel seeds
 • A couple of dry red chilies
 • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
 • - then coarsely grind it
 • Dry masala is ready
 • Now smash the potatoes
 • In a pan, shallow fry these mashed potatoes in butter
 • Sprinkle some salt and masala that we had made earlier, with sesame seeds
 • Make a it crispy from both the sides
 • Spread some mayonnaise on top
 • And garnish with coriander leaves and pomegranate
