Ingredients  🍫1 cup chocolate chips/ chunks  🍫1 tbsp melted butter  🍫1/2 can / 1/2 cup Nestle Milkmaid  🍫2 tbsp peanut butter + more for swirls  🍫1-2 tbsp roasted peanuts  Method  1. Heat 1 cup of chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30 seconds intervals till no lumps remain.  2. Add melted butter and peanut butter to the melted chocolate and mix till everything comes together.  3. Add 1/2 can of Nestle Milkmaid to this mixture and mix to combine again.  4. Pour it immediately into a square pan lined with parchment paper and smoothen it out into an even layer.  5. Pipe or drizzle some more peanut butter on top and make swirls using a toothpick or a skewer.  6. Finally, add some roasted peanuts on top and refrigerate for 4-5 hours till it’s set.  7. Bread Malai Rolls

Ingredients :
 • 1/2 ltr + 1/2 spoon Milk
 • Approx 100 gm Paneer
 • 2 spoon + 3 tbs Sugar
 • Some finely chopped Dryfruits
 • 2-3 Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
 • Saffron Strands, soaked in Milk
 • 3-4 Bread Slices

Method : 
 • Heat the pan to make Rabdi
 • Add 1/2 ltr Milk
 • Let the milk boil on medium heat
 • Further take a mixing bowl to make stuffing
 • Take approx 100 gm Paneer
 • Add 1/2 spoon Milk (to soften the paneer)
 • Mash with the help of spoon
 • Add 2 spoon Sugar (or as per taste)
 • Add some finely chopped Dryfruits
 • Mix it well and keep aside
 • Further check milk and add 3 tbs Sugar in it
 • Add 2-3 Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
 • Add Saffron Strands, soaked in Milk
 • Boil rabdi another 10 min or until it turns thicker

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease an 8x4 loaf pan with butter and set aside.  2. In a bowl, add sugar and lemon zest and mix it together.  3. Add butter to it and beat until pale and fluffy.  4. Now mix MILKMAID, warm milk and lemon juice and whisk again.  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda into the bowl, using a spatula to bring the batter together.  6. Doesn’t take much of your time and with just 2 main ingredients your stick kulfi is ready!🤤  • Also, do try this hack of using paper cups as removing kulfi from a normal freeze mould is so difficult!! In this you just need to tear the paper cup, so easy peasy🙈  Ingredients used are-  • Boil 500 ml full cream milk  • Milkmaid/ Condensed Milk- 1/2 cup  • Elaichi powder- 1 Tsp  • Chopped almonds and pistas  • Kesar- Few Strands  Make sure you cook the condensed milk on low flame for around 7-8 mins! We decided to try this at last and this tastes really SO GOOOOD🤤 Definitely one of our favourite childhood memories, where we used to have milk bread prepared by our mons🙈  Ingredients used are-  • Butter  • Bread slices  • Milk- around 400 ml  • Sugar- 2 Tbsp  Custard Powder- 1-1.5 Tsp  • Add Milk- 3/4 cup in custard powder and mix well  • Cook for around 3-4 mins  We have added chopped pistas on the top!

Ingredients:
 • 200g Amul paneer
 • 1 Tbsp Aashirvaad ghee
 • 1/2 tbsp almonds
 • 1/2 tbsp cashews
 • 120 ml milkmaid
 • 1/4th tsp cardamom powder
 • 3 Tbsps milk
 • 1 teaspoon Rose water

Pinch of saffron

Process : 
 • * Grate the paneer and add it to a pan 
 • * Next, add in the sweetened condensed milk along with some milk & cook the mixture for 5 mins on low heat - keep stirring continuously 
 • * Add the ghee and mix it in - cook the mixture only till it starts to thicken, do not over-cook or else the kalakand will be too dry ( Add more milk if it’s too dry ) 
 • * Finally add in the chopped almonds and cashews along with pinch of saffron, rose water & elaichi powder - mix it in 
 • * Transfer the kalakand mix to a flat container greased & lined with plastic wrap
