MIDDLE SPLITS TRAINING ⚡️

Last year I wanted to explore with my spine injury and my very tight adductors and hips if I could do middle splits. Turns out with very targeted exercises, techniques and dedication I could! It took me 3 months. And then I was like, ok🤷🏻‍♀️🤣 I barely practiced them again, so what do you think happened? Well for me who leans toward inflexibility I lost them. So yesterday, I got back to training with all the techniques I teach you in my Activate Your Flexibility series. One session in and I’m pretty close again😅!
