How do you open your heart softly, without pushing into space that isn't there yet? 🌸  Visualize expansion while you move! 🪐  Intention based movement is THE best way I have learnt how to tap into way more than just the physical. Because the physical needs an anchor too, and that anchor lies in your subconscious and your subtle bodies.  So next time you practice heart openers, or when you give this mini flow a try, imagine space being created from your deepest of hearts, and let that image lead you.  And no, heart openers don't just have to mean wheel poses all day. We often forget to soften into the gentleness, and ease our bodies into what heart opening really means.
