Difficulty: Easy     SAVE THIS!!! Another simple total body mobility to add to your training 🔥!  Been incorporating more and more mobility into my routine and feeling the positive effects from it 😆! My muscles and joints feel less stiff and uncomfortable after more challenging workouts. I feel stronger and more capable during my workouts 💪🏾. Certain exercises and movements feel wayyy more accessible! AND I have been sleeping better because there’s less tension in my body overall 🙃.
