Radishes make the perfect low carb potato substitute! After being cooked - they loose that "spicy" bite and have a milder taste and tender texture

What You'll Need
 • 8 oz radishes, diced
 • 2 Tbsp bacon grease or butter
 • ¼ tsp seasoning salt
 • 1 cup cooked bacon or sausage
 • 2 eggs
 • 3 CutDaCarb flatbread
 • shredded cheddar
 • ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎ ▪︎
 • Sauté radishes in bacon grease until tender. Season radishes then add meat. Push mixture to edges of pan and crack eggs in the middle. Mix until scrambled then stir everything back together. Remove from heat
 • Cut each flatbread into 4 circles. Top each circle with a sprinkle of cheese and a scoop of the radish mixture. Fold in half and fry in 1/4 inch avocado oil until golden then flip and fry other side. Makes 12 tacos

Back at it again with another easy easy low carb recipe! 😁 Enjoy this classic ham and cheese flatbread, quesadilla? It’s delicious! I added some salami for some razzle dazzle but that sauce???? Set it off okay!! The sauce made the ham & cheese 10x better!

Also, this was my first time trying @cutdacarb flatbread and it was the best low carb “bread” variation I’ve ever had! It was so paper thin & light but still flavorful at the same time! I’m obsessed and so excited to see what other recipes I can create! 🥰✨
