Leftover rice 2 cups

Gram flour 1 cup

Green coriander 1/2 cup

Red chili powder 1 tbsp.

Red chili flakes 1 tbsp

Salt 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tbsp

Chaat Masala 1 ½ tbsp

Water as required

Leftover Jeera Rice Recipe	

Ingredients
 • Leftover Jeera Rice 2 Cups
 • Carrot & Green Peas Boiled 1/2 Cup
 • Spring Onion 2tbsp (finely Chopped)
 • Spring Onion Greens 1/2  Cup (finely Chopped)
 • Kashmiri Red Cilly Powder 1 tsp
 • Masala Magic 1 Sachet
 • Salt to taste
 • Oil 3 tbsp

Method:
 • Take a pan, put Oil in it, heat Oil nicely, add finely Chopped Spring Onion, Stir well.  Add Boiled Carrot & Green Peas,Stir fry well. Then add Kashmiri Red Cilly Powder 1 tsp,Masala Magic 1 Sachet, stir well. Later add Leftover Jeera Rice 2 Cups, stir nicely. Last add finely Chopped Spring Onion Greens 1/2 Cup, stir well. Leftover Jeera Rice recipe is ready.

Today I’m using  Pulav basmati rice  - 6-8 kashmiri red chilies  • - 5-6 cloves garlic  • - 2 cups boiled rice  • - 1 tbsp oil  • - 1 tbsp butter  • - 1 tsp jeera  • - 1 big onion, chopped  • - 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste  • - 2 tomatoes, chopped  • - 3-4 boiled potatoes  • - 1/2 cup boiled peas (I’ve used frozen)  • - 1/2 green capsicum  • - 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala  • - salt to taste  • - coriander for garnish  Take one cup Daawat Pulav basmati rice. Wash it 3 to 4 times then boil the rice and set it aside. Now heat up a pan with some oil and butter. Add chopped onion, and ginger garlic paste. Ingredients:

2 cups leftover rice, mashed
 • 1 potato, boiled and mashed
 • 1/4 cup grated carrot
 • 1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
 • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
 • 1 onion, finely chopped
 • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
 • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
 • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
 • 2 tablespoons rice flour
 • 2 tablespoons cornflour
 • Salt to taste
 • Cooking oil for frying

Procedure:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed leftover rice and boiled mashed potato.

Add grated carrot, finely chopped capsicum, chopped green chillies, and finely chopped onion to the bowl. Mix these vegetables into the rice and potato mixture.
