If you’ve always stared curiously at them in the gym space (like I did for so long)- it’s time to pick them up and take them for a spin!   💪🏼Kettlebells are not only great for overall strengthening, but also improve core stability, coordination, and grip strength.  🔥You HAVE to try this Killer Kettlebell Workout- be sure to save because you’ll be wanting to come back to it over and over again! Here’s how it works:  Complete the 2 strength moves in each set for 45 seconds each, then repeat for 2 rounds total. For all one-sided moves, complete one side/round.
