Many of us suffer with suppressed immunity becaue of the way we live these days - high levels of stress, poor sleep and low nutrient intake can all effect our ability to fight off infections.

So, whilst I will always advise my clients to work on these root causes, it stands to reason that most of us need a little boost at this time of year.
