With the right stretches, strengthening exercises and consistency anyone can improve the muscle flexibility needed and get amazing results. Unlike middle splits, most of us can achieve a flat front split.   Head to my blog post for all the exercise details on this splits routine. Here are 3 simple Middle Splits exercises that don’t involve stretching!

1. 	
 • Take the legs out as far as you can go – Lift yourself up and hold

2.
 • Take the legs out really wide, toeas at a diagonal, and as you sink the hips down squeeze your glutes

3. 	
 • Do side lunges

Incorporate these 3 moves into your weekly routine 2-3x/week and notice how your body begins to open up.

These movements will balance your flexibility and strengthen your muscles so that you have stability in your end range of motion. This means less injuries, less pain related to tightness, and better balance 😉.
