Dynamic Middle Split Workout

Growing up as a gymnast I was in the team that was supposed to go to the Olympics one day. Jokes really were on my coaches thinking I was good enough.

Being super young I did not enjoy training, I hated handstands as I was beyond terrible at them and stretching was an absolute nightmare. My coaches made me cry pretty much every day and there was nothing that I wanted more than to quite.

Funny enough fast forward 20 years and I go to bed setting my alarm to extra early to get up before other responsibilities to do my cardio, stretch and train some handstands in peace.
