❣️The secret to delicious Chocolate Ganache :-

Chocolate is the beautiful answer for all things sweet. It’s super quick to make, incredibly yummy and adds a luxurious touch to anything. You can spread it on cakes as chocolate ganache frosting, pour over sundaes, make fancy drips.

Made with just cream and any chocolate you want (dark, milk or white), chocolate ganache is a rich chocolate concoction.

I follow 1:1 Ratio while you can also make with 2:1 ratio of Chocolate to cream. 

Dark chocolate - 200Gm 
 • Milk Chocolate- 50 Gm 
 • Full Fat cream - 250 Gm 

Butter - 1 Tsp 

1. Melt the chocolate using Bain Marie (Double boiler ) Method.
 • 2. Whisk till all chocolate solids melt.
 • 3. Let it sit at room temperature & then add cream, butter gradually and keep mixing.
