1 c Thai tea • 3-4 slices of white bread • 1/2 c sweetened condensed milk • powder sugar • 1/2 tsp star anise extract • pinch of salt • 2 tsp ground cardamom • 1/4 c sugar • vegetable oil 2 eggs Spread ~1 tbsp of sweetened condensed milk on each side of bread. Stack slices of bread on top of each other. Cut off crusts. In a bowl, whisk eggs, Thai tea, star anise & a pinch of salt until we’ll combined. Set aside. Add oil to a deep pot & heat to 375°F. Fry each side for 2 mins, rotating frequently. Once crisp, remove from oil & place on drying rack. As it slightly cools, mix sugar & cardamom in a bowl. Place toast in bowl & coat all sides in cardamom-sugar. Brûlée if desired then drizzle with sweetened condensed milk & dust with powdered sugar. #asmrfood #asmr #asmrsatisy
