Vegan Avocado Cucumber Sushi Roll | Easy Maki at Home
30min · 1 serving     🍀vegetarian 🍀California roll - green #sushi (coriander)  Ingredients:    • 1 cup of cooked sushi rice  • ½ bunch of coriander leaves  • seaweed  • 3 carrot sticks  • 2 cucumber sticks  • 2 mango sticks  • 1 tablespoon of spicy mayonnaise  • ½ red plum  preparation method:  Grind coriander well until liquid.  Mix the coriander liquid together with the cooked rice.  Place seaweed on a sushi mat wrapped in plastic wrap, transfer the rice to the seaweed, roll and tighten the rice well and turn the seaweed over.  Arrange the carrot, cucumber, mango and roll up.  Cut with a wet knife (clean the knife with a wet towel after each cut) and place the sushi on a plate/tray.  Drizzle mayonnaise with a spicy squeezer and place thin slices of red plum on top.

INGREDIENTS:
 • sushi noir, roasted seaweed 
 • sushi rice 
 • cucumber, sliced
 • carrot, sliced
 • avocado, sliced 

•black sesame seeds 

Make the rice using rice cooker or on the stove following the instructions on the packaging. 

Using a bamboo sushi rolling mat, place the sushi noir, cooked rice, cucumber, carrot & avocado. Roll and sprinkle with sesame seeds. 

Cut into bite size pieces and enjoy!
