Tips:  1. You must feed your starter often! Once a day as an absolute minimum, however I highly encourage a morning & night feed to establish strength!   2. The type of flour you use to feed your starter MATTERS! I have used both bleached & unbleached and truthfully never noticed a difference…my starter was just always struggling until I invested in a higher protein flour and that made allllll the difference!   3. Temperature is important! If your house is cold your starter will have a hard time rising — try putting it somewhere warmer! I like to put mine near heating vents on a shelf or even preheat my oven for a bit and place it close by on the counter! These are some easy & simple tricks to try and see if you can strengthen & improve the health of your starter!  @bresbread
