Préparation : Mélangez les œufs avec le yaourt, sel et poivre. Coupez le chou-fleur en tranches de 2 cm. Trempez-les dans la pâte pour bien les enrober. Faites frire dans de l'huile chaude, 5 min de chaque côté. Disposez-les dans un plat, ajoutez tomate et mozzarella.
