Ingredients:  • 1-2 lbs. flank steak  • 1/2 bunch of parsley, chopped  • 4-5 sprigs (3-4 T) fresh rosemary  • 1 T minced garlic  • ¼ C red wine vinegar  • 1 TSP @flatironpepper Dark & Smoky pepper blend (sub w/ red pepper flakes if desired)  • 1 TSP salt plus more to taste  • ¾ C olive oil  For the Chimichurri:  1. Combine the parsley and next 6 ingredients in a mixing bowl until well incorporated and refrigerate until ready to use.  For the flank steak:  -Sean flank steak with salt & pepper  • -griddle flank steak at 500 degrees for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through  • -pull steak when IT reaches 127-130 degrees  • -slice and serve w/ chimi
