A guilt-free dessert that's bursting with berry goodness! Our Healthy Berry Crisp is made with nutritious mixed berries, topped with a wholesome oat and almond crumble. Berries  - 3 cups frozen mixed berries (I used a mix of blackberries, blueberries, raspberries & strawberries)  - 2 tbsp cornstarch  Crisp  - 1 cup gf rolled oats  - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts  - 1/2 cup sliced almonds  - 1/2 cup almond flour  - 1/2 cup maple syrup  - 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted  - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract  - 1/4 tsp salt  1. Preheat oven to 375F.  2. Let the frozen berries thaw in a strainer for about 10 minutes. Add the slightly thawed berries and cornstarch to a baking dish (I used an 8-inch pie dish) and mix until the berries are evenly coated with cornst

Peanut Butter Chocolate Discs 🥜 🍌 🍫  1 ripe banana, mashed 1 c. creamy peanut butter 1/8 c. honey 1/3 c. peanuts 1/2 c. whole milk Greek yogurt,plain 10 oz dark chocolate, melted Flaky Celtic sea salt, optional  1.  In a medium bowl, mix together mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, peanuts, and plain yogurt until fully combined. 2. Spoon mix onto a parchment lined baking sheet (makes 8-10) and then flatten into a disc shape. 3. Put in freezer for about an hour until fully hardened. 4. Remove from freezer and completely coat in melted chocolate.  Place back onto parchment paper and sprinkle with sea salt if desired.  Return to freezer for a few minutes until hard and enjoy!

Made with whole, natural ingredients, this healthy chocolate chip cookie is gluten free, grain free, and refined sugar free. But it certainly doesn’t taste like it! The best part? These cookies are made in one bowl for easy baking and easy cleanup!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup creamy almond butter

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

6 tablespoons maple syrup

1 egg (or flax egg if vegan!)

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 3/4 cup almond meal

Healthier Carrot Cake🧡 If you aren’t coeliac/intolerant to gluten/IBS sufferer, you can of course use wheat flour instead of the gluten-free flour mix. Same with the lactose-free products, use only if needed☺️ The pan I used is about 12cm x 20 cm / 5 inches x 7,5 inches😁

For the cake:
 • 1/4 cup maple syrup (60 ml)
 • 2 eggs
 • 3/4 cup lactose-free unsweetened natural yoghurt (180 ml)
 • 1 teaspoon stevia (or 1/4 cup maple syrup, 60 ml)
 • 2 shredded carrots
 • 1/2 - 3/4 cup gluten-free oat flour (120-180 ml, depending on whether using stevia or maple syrup)
 • 1/2 cup gluten-free flour mix (120 ml)
 • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
 • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

For the frosting:
 • 5 oz lactose-free cream cheese (150 g)
 • 3 tablespoons lactose-free Greek yogurt
 • 1 tablespoon maple syr
