Ingredients (6-8 servings) • 4 cups puffed cereal (puffed rice, millet, etc.) • 1/2 cup nut butter of choice • 1/4 cup maple syrup • 200 grams chocolate of choice, melted, dark, milk, white, etc. Instructions 1. Combine the maple syrup and nut butter in a large bowl. Add the cereal, then drizzle 1/2 the chocolate on top. Mix using a spatula until the cereal is evenly coated. 2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Press the cereal down in the baking dish using a glass or your hands. 3. Pour the remaining half of the melted chocolate on top. Sprinkle with flaky salt on top (optional). 4. Freeze for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.

Ingredients 🍫1/2 cup oats 🍫2 tbsp jaggery powder 🍫 2tbsp cocoa powder 🍫2 tbsp peanut butter 🍫3 tbsp milk Method 1. Preheat the oven at 150 degrees celsius and line a tray with silicon mat. 2. In a mixer, add the oats and grind it into fine powder. 3. In a bowl, add the oats powder, jaggery powder, cocoa powder, peanut butter and milk. 4. Combine everything together and form a dough. Roll out small balls, line them on a tray and bake for 20-25 minutes at 150 degrees celsius. 5. Let them cool for sometime until its crunchy. Pour the milk and enjoy! 6. Also, you can double this recipe for making a bigger batch and store it in an airtight container for upto one month.
