I think this is currently my favorite hip thrust variation! Whenever I do single leg I feel it in my lower back too much, anyone else?! 

This is such a perfect compromise and my booty is on FIRE after these!

4 tips to set up for heavy hip thrusts:
 • set up bench right below your shoulder blades
 • place hip thrust pad in center and roll barbell on to lap
 • foot placement for vertical shins helps with more glute engagement
 • drive through heels and push bar away as you bring your hips up
