Ingredients 
 • 1.5 cup dried chickpeas 
 • 1/2 onions 
 • 4 garlic cloves 
 • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
 • 1 handful cilantro 
 • 2 handful parsley 
 • 1 tsp salt
 • 1 + 1/2 tsp cumin 

How to :
 • Soak the dried chickpeas in water for 24hrs
 • Rinse soaked chickpeas and placed in a food processor together with the rest of the ingredients 
 • Process until you get the right consistency, you want to be able to form a ball without the dough filling apart. You can add a bit of chickpeas flour if needed.
 • Place the dough in the fridge for 1hr.
 • With a spoon, scoop small amount of the dough and form balls using your hands.
 • Place in air fryer and cook for 20min at 180C, flipping the falafels halfway.

Falafel 1 8oz can chickpeas drained and dried 1/3 c chickpea flour 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1/2 yellow onion 1/2 cilantro bunch 1/2 parsley bunch 4 garlic cloves 1/2 jalapeño 1/2 green pepper 1 tbsp med seasoning  Set oven to 375 degrees Drain and pat dry chickpeas, add to a bowl and slightly mash but not fully. Still should be full chickpea left. Next add onion, parsley, cilantro, garlic, japaeno, and green pepper to a food processor and blitz until chopped. Add to chickpea mixture along with remaining ingredients Next, mix all ingredients until well incorporated and leave in the fridge 1 hour until set. Once set add to an oiled baking sheet and roll into 1/2 inch thick balls Bake for 30 minutes flipping halfway though and serve  🎥d@blkandvegan
