Hands up if you have ever substituted hanging leg raises because you CAN'T 😡STOP 😡SWINGING 😡?... 🤣

Don't worry, this is sooo common and I help clients with this all the time! There are a few simple steps that can help you feel like a boss when doing these types of exercises. Check out this video to see what they are 🤩

Also, if you get sore hands when gripping the bar - my top tip is to use chalk or some sort of powder to help reduce the friction! 😁

Like anything, it'll take some practice to get this right, but before you know it swinging leg raises will be a thing of the past. 🙌😜
