High-protein air fryer bagel bites! Super easy and so good!!

Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup self-rising flour
Cream cheese (or your favorite filling)
1 egg (for egg wash)
Everything Bagel seasoning

Directions:
Mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour to form a dough. Roll into small balls, flatten, and add cream cheese. Seal them up, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle seasoning. Air fry at 350°F for 12 minutes until golden brown.

Everything Bagel Stuffed Cream Cheese Bagel Bites & FOLLOW IF YOU WANT MORE EASY RECIPES ↓


 • 1 cup GF all purpose flour
 • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
 • 1/2 tsp salt
 • 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt, DF works too!
 • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
 • Avocado oil spray
 • 1/4 cup cream cheese, DF works too!

1️⃣ Combine all ingredients above together in a bowl and kneed until the dough forms into a ball.

2️⃣ Divide the dough into 8 equal parts & roll into a ball.

3️⃣ Flatten the ball, then add 1/2 tsp of cream cheese into the middle, then close back up into a ball.

4️⃣ Spray with avocado oil & dip into everything bagel seasoning.

5️⃣ Air fry at 350 F for 9 minutes. Let them cool, then enjoy!

Ingredients 
 • 2 cups flour
 • 2 cups plain greek yogurt
 • 1 1/2 tsp salt
 • 4 tsp baking powder
 • 1 egg
 • Everything but salt seasoning 
 • Sesame seeds

Directions
 • Mix flour, yogurt, salt and baking powder together
 • Knead until combined (do not over do it as it will cause the bagels to not rise
 • separate and roll into 6 circles with a 1 inch hole in center 
 • Place on a floured non stick baking sheet
 • Whisk egg and brisk on each 
 • Sprinkle with seasoning of choice
 • Bake for 20 min
 • once cooked through you can slice, toast and top with your favorite spread (cream cheese, butter, jelly etc..)
 • ENJOY!

Ingredients:

1/4 cup whole-wheat flour

1/4 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt

1 1/2 tsp. everything bagel seasoning

Directions:

Place flour in a medium bowl. Add yogurt, and thoroughly mix with your hands until a dough-like texture is reached.

Evenly form into 4 balls. Using your fingers, create a hole in the center of each ball to form a mini bagel shape.

Place everything bagel seasoning in a ramekin or small bowl. Press each mini bagel in the seasoning to coat the top.

Set air fryer to 330 degrees (or nearest degree). Add bagels in a single layer. Cook for 8 minutes, or until tops are golden brown and insides are cooked through.

Ingredients: 
 • 2 cups flour 
 • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt 
 • 2 teaspoons baking powder 
 • Everything bagel seasoning 
 • 1 egg 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combined flour, baking soda and yogurt together. Knead the dough. 

Divide into 8 balls and roll log-shapes to form the bagel. 

Apply an egg wash and everything bagel seasoning. 

Baking for 20-25 minute and then turn oven temperature up to 400 degrees and baking for 5 minutes or till their are golden brown
