~1 1/4 cups raw walnuts

~3/4 cup pecans

~3/4 cup slivered almonds

~1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut flakes

SAUCE

~⅓ cup tahini

~¼ cup maple syrup

~3 Tbsp coconut oil

Dash each salt + cinnamon

Fill your granola jar with desired amount (suggested measurements above) of walnuts, pecans, almonds, and coconut (the ratio of nuts / coconut flakes is flexible). In a bowl mix tahini, maple, and coconut oil. Add granola mixture, salt, cinnamon, and stir to coat.  • * 1 cup packed dates (pitted medjool)
 • * 1/4 cup maple syrup
 • * 1/4 cup homemade almond butter 
 • * 1 cup unsalted almonds (lightly chopped if ya fancy) 
 • * 1 1/2 cups rolled oats (gluten-free for GF)
 • * 2 Tbsp dried cranberries 
 • * Splash vanilla extract
 • * Dash cinnamon

-Process dates in a food processor until It forms a “dough” like consistency. 

-Toast your oats (and almonds if raw) in a 350-degree F (176 C) oven for 10mins 

-Warm maple syrup and almond butter in a small saucepan over low heat. 

-Mix all ingredients in a bowl 

 • -Once thoroughly mixed, transfer to an 8×8-inch baking dish or other small pan lined with plastic wrap or parchment paper
