	1.	Grab your dumbbells: Use a weight you can control for 10-15 reps.
	2.	Bend forward at the hips: Keep a slight bend in your knees, and hinge at your hips so your torso is at about a 45-degree angle. Keep your back flat.
	3.	Raise the dumbbells out to the sides: Lift them in a controlled motion, leading with your elbows. Keep a slight bend in your arms. Focus on squeezing your rear delts at the top of the movement.
	4.	Lower with control: Slowly bring the dumbbells back to the starting position. Repeat for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
	5.	Keep it smooth! Avoid swinging or using momentum—let those rear delts do the work.
