40min · 2 servings     Ingredients:  • 300g firm tofu  • 3 tbsp golden breadcrumbs or panko  • 1 tsp garlic powder  • 1 tsp smoked paprika   • 1 tsp mixed dried herbs   • 1 tsp fine sea salt   • Black pepper   • 2 tbsp olive oil  Start by draining tofu, then wrap it in a few sheets of kitchen paper, put something heaven on top and leave it in the fridge for 10-15 min. This helps drain the excess moisture from the tofu.   Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200C.   Cut tofu into cubes.   Mix all dry seasonings in a small bowl, then toss the tofu pieces in the breadcrumb mix to coat all over. 🛒 Ingredients 
 • 320g tofu, cubed 
 • 1 bell pepper, sliced
 • 2 shallots, sliced
 • 4 cloves of garlic 
 • 3 tbsp cooking oil 

3 green onions 

Sauce 
 • 2 tbsp soy sauce
 • 2 tsp brown sugar
 • 1/2 tsp cornstarch 
 • 4 tbsp water
 • 2 tsp chili sauce 

2 tbsp tomato paste 

📌Method
 • 1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp oil and place tofu. Cook until it turns golden. Transfer to a plate and set aside. 
 • 2. Add 1 tbsp to the pan and add garlic with shallots. Stir until its fragrant and wilt. 
 • 3. Add in bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes before stirring in fried tofu with the sauce. 
 • 4. Toss well to make sure the tofu is coated with the sauce evenly. Don’t over cook, just about 1-2 minutes.
 • 5. Sprinkle green onions and toss before serving
