Corn dogs
Ingredients:
10 sausages with cheese
• 1 egg
• 200 ml of milk
• 1 tbsp of sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon of dried garlic
• 100 g of wheat flour
• 100 g of corn flour
10 g of baking powder
Cut the sausages in half and string them on wooden skewers.
• For the dough, mix eggs with milk and spices, add flour, baking powder and make a thick dough.
• Dip each sausage into the dough and fry in heated oil for about 3 minutes.
• Serve corn dog with mustard and ketchup.
