📌SAVE for your next full body or upper body day‼️  A Burnout Exercise or Workout is:   • Burnouts are typically done at the end of a body-part workout or specific movement. They target the same muscle group(s) just worked and often involve the same exercise, or a very similar exercise. These sets are usually done with a lighter weight in an effort to perform a high amount of reps, often to failure.  • The Goal is to do as many reps & sets until exhaustion   • I did 4 sets of the battle rope for 35-45 seconds that was when exhaustion set in for me.  • The fun part is that it will test your endurance and how well you can push through. Make it fun and DON’T PUT SO MUCH PRESSURE ON YOURSELF. I did this after a full upper body routine so I did what I could and I was happy to get through it
